We run 45 minute and one hour lessons for adults from complete beginners to those looking to improve their stroke technique.
Adult lessons are available as follows;
Bracknell Swimarium - Monday and Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons.
The King's School, Chester - Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Linden Lodge School, London - Thursday evenings.
Westbury Swimarium - Friday afternoon and Monday & Thursday evenings.
